Tuggeranong Vikings Touch Association

Touch is a great game for all the family. The Tuggeranong Valley Touch Association Inc (TVTA) offers Mens, Womens, and Mixed teams in the ACT's social and elite competitions. The Association's goals are to provide all levels of Touch as to many families and individuals as possible in the Tuggeranong area. TVTA is affiliate with both the ACT and the Australian Touch Associations.

Representative Teams

Through participation in the ACT competitions including Premier League and the Canberra Cup it is possible for TVTA members to qualify for selection into ACT Representative Teams. Since 1997 the Australian Touch Association has conducted the National Touch League and the ACT Touch Association is a franchise permit holder in the competition. At present, the TVTA has representatives in the Mens, Women and Mixed Divisions as well as both Primary and Secondary School students competing at the Australian Schools Championships.

Junior Competition

The ACT Touch Association conducts a Junior Competition during the summer season known as the Vikings Junior Boys & Girls Touch Competition Touch Competition, Gowrie. The competition is played on Monday nights at the Gowrie Ovals in Castleton Crescent.
