Sunday Lucky Badge Draw
THIS WEEK'S JACKPOT - $33,000 - 5 OCTOBER
Join us every Sunday at any of our five licensed venues for your chance to take away the jackpot.
Rules and Regulations
Commencing 1st January 2008 the badge draw will be conducted every Sunday namely between 4pm and 8pm, with a total of 9 draws at approximately half hourly intervals.
This badge draw will run until 8pm on the 28th December 2008.
The value of the badge draw commences at $15,000 and the limit is $200,000. The clubs random number generator will select numbers. When the jackpot is claimed, it will restart the following week at $15,000 and increase by $1,000 per week thereafter until won. The winning badge number will be announced over the club PA system and will also be publicised in the weekly edition of the Chronicle if claimed.
Additionally, on any given Sunday if the jackpot is won, further half hourly draws will be conducted, commencing at $1,000 and jackpots by $1,000 each half hour. Each winner has two minutes to claim his/her prize at reception from the conclusion of the announcement. The time shall be in accordance with the clocks at reception in each five clubs.
Each winner must produce their valid membership card and a second form of identification. In the event of any dispute, the decision made by management is final.
Directors and senior management have volunteered to exclude themselves. People working in the club at the time of the draws who are members are excluded from this promotion. This exclusion also applies to caterers and their working staff. Club employees are bound by the club's conditions of employment.

Midweek Badge Draw
The Midweek Madness Lucky Badge Draw is back with a $10,000 jackpot, every Wednesday 6pm - 9pm.
Plus Consolation Draws are back! $50 Consolation Draws will be held - at each Vikings venue - after every 1/2 hour draw, if the jackpot is unclaimed.
That's over $1700 each Wednesday evening!

OCTOBER WINE OF THE MONTH
RICHLAND SAUVIGNON BLANC 2008
This Sauvignon Blanc is a light straw yellow with a green hue and displays a pungent nose of gooseberry, lemon and passionfruit. The palate is fruity, full bodied with a rich texture and is true to the variety with fresh garden peas and tropical fruits, including passionfruit, limes and mango. The finish is dry, crisp and refreshing with well balanced acid and alcohol.
RICHLAND CABERNET MERLOT 2007
Richland Cabernet Merlot exhibits a fresh sweet plum bouquet with toasty complexity which leads to a rich, mouth fi lling palate of juicy berry fruit fl avours and mint and violet characters of Cabernet. This fruit driven, medium bodied wine has a soft firm finish, which will gain complexity over the next 3-4 years.
