Welcome to Vikings Lanyon Functions
We are pleased to provide you with our function and conference packages and look forward to accommodating your upcoming event. Please keep in mind that this package is designed as a guide. Our specialised event staff will ensure your specific needs and budgets are met by working with you on every detail to guarantee a successful event.
We will accept tentative bookings - held for a 7 day period, after which a deposit will be required to confirm the booking along with a signed copy of the enclosed terms and conditions. This deposit will represent the room hire fee payable for your function and will be deducted from the final account.
Once you have reviewed the package we invite you to make an appointment with one of our event staff to view the rooms and discuss your requirements in further detail. Function Rooms
Please note your personal event and catering requirements will affect the maximum seating capacity in eachroom. To ensure we can best cater to your event this needs to be discussed at the time of your booking.
