TERMS & CONDITIONS
APPLICATIONS
Applications are to be made on the Holiday Accommodation Application Form available from any of the five clubs, and lodged at reception at any of the five clubs. Please note ballot draw requirements. Successful applicants will be advised in writing.
South Coast Units
Keys to Batemans Bay, Narooma and Bermagui units will be available from the Club's Administration building, 8 Ricardo Street, Wanniassa, upon production of receipt Monday to Friday 9.00am - 2.00pm. Keys must be returned during business hours on the Monday directly after your stay to the Club Administration building for refund of bond money.
Gold Coast Units
Keys to the Gold Coast units will be available from the Diamond Beach Resort Reception between 2.00pm - 8.00pm. Progressive running sheets will be displayed in all clubsindicating available dates.
PAYMENT
Payment of rent and bond must be paid by the due date on the confirmation letter. Payment is only accepted at the Club's Administration building located at 8 Ricardo Street, Wanniassa. Methods of payment will be cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
OTHER TERMS
The member making the booking must be the member who uses the accommodation. All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Occupancy is from 2.00pm on day of arrival. Premises are to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. One outstanding booking per member per year will apply. Members booking the accommodation must be a financial member and have been so for at least one year.
Bond money will be refunded from the Club's Administration building, subject to the return of keys and the inspection of the unit and inventory. Members using the South Coast accommodation units are required to clean the unit prior to departure. Failure to do so could result in forfeiture of bond money. All units are non-smoking. Sorry no pets allowed (inside or out). In the event of any dispute Management's decision will be final.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations cannot be taken by phone. All cancellations, transfers and alterations are to be done in person at the Club's administration office. If four weeks notice of cancellation is given, Rent and Bond money will be refunded less a $20 administration fee. If less than four weeks notice is given the bond will be retained by the club until the unit is re-let. At such a time the bond will be refunded by cheques less $20 administration fee. If the unit is not re-let, bond money will be forfeited.

No guarantee on requests for specific units. Management reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. A full refund of all monies paid will be given.
