DIAMOND BEACH RESORT

Our units at Diamond Beach Resort consist of 1 one-bedroom unit (ground floor), 2 two-bedroom units (ground & first floor), and 3 three bedroom units (ground floor & second floor). All units are fully self contained with linen and towels supplied. Underground security parking is provided with one car space available per unit. The Resort has two lagoon style swimming pools, kiddies pool and a cave spa.

RATES

Low Season (Non School Holidays)

1 bedroom - $575 per week, 2 bedroom $690 per week, 3 bedroom - $805 per week

High Season (ACT School Holidays)

1 bedroom - $690 per week, 2 bedroom $805 per week, 3 bedroom - $920 per week

Peak Season (ACT Dec/Jan School Holidays)

1 bedroom - $805 per week, 2 bedroom $920 per week, 3 bedroom - $1035 per week

RECEPTION

Reception at the Resort is attended from 8.00am to 8.00pm. For late arrivals please ring the Resort on 07 5570 0000 to arrange collection of keys.

KEYS

Please produce your receipt or suitable identification at Diamond Beach Reception for allocation of keys. Your grey keytag is used to gain entry to the security gates on the resort. Use your room key to enter rooms and stairwell.

CAR PARKING

Diamond Beach Resort provides underground security parking with one car space available per unit. The visitor bays are only to be used for short visits and not for overnight use. All other vehicles are to be parked at the roadside.

TELEPHONE

There is a charge for outgoing calls, which must be settled at Reception on departure. Diamond Beach Reception will attend to telephone enquiries during reception hours. Incoming calls after hours are received by Diamond Beach answering service and will be connected to your unit. Please contact reception for your direct dial number.

GAMES ROOM

Located in "B" Block Carpark. Open from 7.00am to 10.00pm. A pool table and various video games are available. Change is available from reception. Adult supervision is appreciated.

POOL, SPA, AND BARBEQUE AREAS

Diamond Beach Resort has two lagoon style swimming pools, one of which is heated to a temperature of 27 degrees. The kiddies pool is also heated and is suitable for younger children. The cave spa is heated to a temperature of 36 degrees and is recommended that no more than 20 minutes be spent in the spa at any one time. Operating hours for the above facilities are between 7.00am and 10.00pm

DIRECTIONS

When leaving the highway, follow the NERANG - BROADBEACH ROAD to the end and stay in the left hand lane when crossing the Gold Coast Highway into Margaret St, drive to the end, turn right and follow the road until you must turn right.
